Children's Rights Policy

Children's Rights Policy

As the Kahya Hotels, with the awareness and responsibility of being a well-established institution in tourism, we are committed to hosting all our guests, including children, in the best possible way. We have adopted the principle of fully adhering to human rights and children's rights by harmonizing national and international values.

One of our top priorities is to place the interests of children above all other concerns and act accordingly, along with conducting continuous improvement efforts to ensure system sustainability.

We recognize that all children are rights holders, and we support the adoption and realization of these rights in all areas of life by safeguarding their:

  • - Rights to life and development,
  • - Rights to protection,
  • - Rights to participation,
  • - Rights to non-discrimination.

In implementing this policy, we collaborate with all relevant institutions, civil society organizations, and local authorities.

For this reason, we place great importance on training and continuous development to ensure that all our staff are informed about children's rights.

Within the framework of the United Nations Convention on the Rights of the Child and the social state understanding outlined in our Constitution, we commit to taking the necessary legal and administrative measures, improving conditions, and working to ensure children can participate in life more actively and happily.
